Mini-Biography

Mink Bio picture
Mink is a veteran of designing both real world and digital games; Ex-Hasbro, Ex-Punchdrunk, Ex-Six to Start, in 2014 she finally brought it all together with her 'BA degree in the semiotics of woodwork' by turning her hand to creating Escape Rooms.

I am a digital storyteller specialising in interactive experiences and games. My approach is to encourage an audience to get excited about ideas and concepts, through strategically playful design.

I draw on my eclectic background to bring unique perspectives to every challenge, I'm is incapable of an uninspired suggestion.
A product designer turned theatre maker turned game designer turned digital creative, I can wax lyrical as much about brand strategy as I can about plastic moulding techniques, player psychology, game theory or molecular gastronomy.

My works have been played at festivals around the world, exhibited in museums and have won various awards.

Nice things people have said

• Listed on Develop's inaugural 30 under 30 list.

I like [the game 'Human Snake'] because it is a glimpse into the heart of the artist, a manifestation of her eclecticism, her all-embracing love of games. - Bernard De Koven : A Playful Path
